The recipes are chosen to give you a good variety across the week, guaranteeing a few will become family favourites.
The Menu provides you with the entire meal for each of the five nights, for example the protein, carb and vegetable sides. Each week one recipe will be quick, easy and designed as your ‘Friday night’ dinner.
Occasionally you will receive a bonus recipe which will be baking, a soup, or anything else we think you need in your recipe collection.
On each of the recipes there will be notes on what can be prepared early on in the day or the night before as well as an idea of the Total Preparation and Total Cook times so you can plan the recipes around your busy week.
